MRC Mitochondrial Biology Unit

How to find us

By car

Access to the Unit by car is easiest from Junction 11 of the M11. Follow the middle lane of the slip road round onto the A1309 and keep right. At the traffic lights, turn right onto Addenbrooke's Road. Follow the signs for the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. This will take you over two sets of traffic lights and a roundabout, then a bridge. After the bridge, turn left at the roundabout onto Francis Crick Avenue, following the road past the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB). Turn left at the roundabout onto Robinson Way and then right onto Puddicombe Way. At the end of Puddicombe Way, the visitors' multi-storey car park is on the right and the main entrance of our building is accessible from the next right turn.

By train

There are frequent train services from London’s King’s Cross and Liverpool Street stations and from Stansted Airport. Direct trains are also available from Birmingham, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Ipswich, King’s Lynn, Leicester, Norwich and Peterborough.
