MRC Mitochondrial Biology Unit

The MBU subscribes to the University's wellbeing programmes. Details of wellbeing activities and events are circulated regularly within the Unit. Links to additional resources, both within and outside the Unit and the University, are listed below.

Our Wellbeing Advocates at the Unit are Hannah Bridges and Kate Hibbert. Kate is also a trained Mental Health First Aider. They will be circulating details of Wellbeing events and resources and are also available if you would like to chat through any wellbeing issues confidentially, so that they can guide you towards information and resources that can help and support you. If you have any ideas of initiatives or events, however big or small, it would be great to hear from you as well. By talking to you, the University Wellbeing Advocate Network and management, the Wellbeing advocates will also play a role in understanding and communicating the general themes and areas which need more focus going forward.
