The Society for Free Radical Research - Europe (SFRR-E) is dedicated to promoting interest in all aspects of research related to Free Radicals in any scientific field.
At its 22nd International Biennial meeting held in Galway, Ireland in June, Alva Casey received the Society's Young Investigator Award.
Alva is a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Mike Murphy's research group, where she completed her PhD.
This award provides Alva with the opportunity to present her work at the next SFRR-E meeting - to be held in Mainz, Germany from 3-5 June 2026.
